He spent over a decade at Industrial Scientific, where he led global product management, sales, and strategic accounts across multiple industries, helping customers move from standalone equipment to connected, data-driven safety programs.

Bill's approach centers on building genuine partnerships, understanding customer and market realities at the ground level, and creating the operational infrastructure that lets great products reach the people who need them. At Accutec, he is focused on strengthening the commercial foundation of the business and ensuring the AccuFit™ platform reaches every respiratory protection program that could benefit from it.

He holds a BS in Biology and Chemistry from the University of New Mexico and has been involved in the commercial development of fit testing technology since the early days of CNC-based quantitative methods.

Bill was instrumental in the development of the AccuFit™ series and serves as Accutec's primary technical authority on fit testing science, OSHA compliance, and product performance. At Accutec, he focuses on translating complex fit testing science into practical, reliable tools, helping customers understand not just how to test, but why it matters and how to do it correctly.

He spent over a decade working directly with customers in the field, leading installations, training teams, and supporting programs across North America and internationally. That experience gives him a practical understanding of how safety programs operate, including the challenges of training, turnover, and day-to-day execution.

More recently, Vince led contract renewals and customer growth efforts, helping customers solve real operational problems and maintain continuity in their programs.

At Accutec, Vince focuses on building strong customer relationships and supporting distribution partners, making sure teams have what they need to run fit testing programs reliably and with confidence.
